Rental Rates and Reservations

Rental rates are all inclusive for the ENTIRE six-bedroom house plus 11% state and local tax. There is a two-night minimum. The Farm House and the Meeting Room can be rented separately or together. A $250 deposit must be received to secure your reservation. Quotes are for a maximum of 12 adults. An additional fee of $35/person/night is required for more than 12 adults. Weekdays—Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

$375 a night plus 11% sales tax

Weekends—Friday, Saturday, Sunday

$400 a night plus 11% sales tax

One Week—Seven Consecutive Days

$2,200 plus 11% sales tax

Meeting Room

$150/day or part there of and $50 for each additional day or part thereof.

Payment

We request that payment for your stay be made by cash or check made out to "The Farm House."

Reservation

Receipt of a $250 reservation deposit in the form of a check made out to "The Farm House" confirms your reservation.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, your $250 reservation deposit becomes a security deposit, which is fully refundable one week after your departure if everything is found in order. If more than the usual cleaning and/or laundry is necessary, then the refund will be decreased accordingly.

Dog Deposit/Fee

The deposit is $150 per dog. This deposit includes a $75 non-refundable fee per dog. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if the house and grounds are found in order.

Cancellation

If you cancel at least three weeks prior to your arrival date, $100 of your $250 Security Deposit and your Dog Deposit will be refunded.
